How is the price calculated?
Ocean freight is priced from confirmed quantities of luggage, boxes, barrels, pallets, and vehicles. Vehicles receive a custom quote. Staff always approves the final price.
How do I pay?
Staff records payment offline. The site shows payment status and provides a printable record after payments are entered. Pay only through instructions confirmed directly by Str8 From America.
How do I track my package?
Use the STR8 number in your account or shipment document. Public tracking shows only the route and useful milestones; contacts, contents, and payment information remain private.
How is the package handed over?
The recipient collects it from the Abidjan office after notification. The address will be published after confirmation. A recipient PIN is not required.
Can I choose a departure?
Published departures show planned dates and cutoffs. A preference does not guarantee space: staff later assigns the shipment to the actual operational voyage.
